If you bought the wrong plugin or changed your mind, you may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This article walks you through the conditions of our refund policy and explains how to submit your request.

  • You purchased directly from Sonnox (not through a reseller).

  • Your order was placed within the last 14 days.

  • You have deactivated any activated licences via iLok License Manager.

  • Your order number and the email address used at checkout are ready.

  • You have reviewed the Sonnox Plugins Refund Policy to understand eligibility and expectations.


Step‑by‑Step Solution

  1. Check the refund policy

    • Read the Sonnox Plugins Refund Policy to confirm you meet all requirements.

    • Note that refunds are not available after 14 days and bundles must be refunded as a whole.

  2. Deactivate your licence

    • Open iLok License Manager, sign in and locate the activated Sonnox licence.

    • Right‑click the licence and select Deactivate to return it to your account.

  3. Collect your order details

    • Locate your Sonnox order number (found in your confirmation email).

    • Use the same email address you used to place the order.
