Here's what you'll need
To trial or demo Sonnox plugins, you will need:
- A free iLok account, which you can create at www.ilok.com.
- The latest version of the iLok Licence Manager application installed on your computer. This can always be downloaded from www.ilok.com.
Certain plugins require different types of authorisation via iLok (e.g. Dongle, iLok Cloud). To find out more, please see Which locations can I use for my Sonnox licence?
Requesting a trial licence
- Download the plugin installer from the Sonnox installer page.
- Run the installer and follow any prompts.
- Open your DAW. When you first launch the DAW or insert the plugin, you’ll see an iLok activation screen.
- Press Try when prompted.
- Sign in to your iLok account.
- Choose where to store your trial license: iLok Machine, iLok Cloud, or iLok2/3 Dongle.
What happens next?
- A 15-day trial licence will be deposited to your iLok account, and activated in your chosen location and the plugin will be ready for you to evaluate!
But Sonnox! I've already taken a trial :(
