If your Sonnox licence isn’t showing in iLok License Manager or your plug‑in won’t authorise, a duplicate iLok account may be the reason.

  • Vendor‑created account – A company created an iLok account for you using your email address when you redeemed a licence or demo.

  • Shared account use – You previously used a shared studio, school, or employer’s account and are now using your own.

  • Sonnox Support tells you your licence is registered under a different account name.

  1. Open iLok License Manager.

  2. Sign out and try signing in with any alternative usernames or email addresses you may have used in the past.
