What should I do if ListenHub fails to load on launch?

If the ListenHub desktop app is crashing on launch, it is likely to be due to a faulty plugin inserted in the application's FX-Chain. 


Please navigate to Library/Application Support/ListenHub, and delete the FX Chain files within this folder. ListenHub will then have a clear FX chain on it's next launch. 


So we can investigate the cause of the plugin failure, please contact us in support, and attach a crash report to your message - Applications/Utilties/Console/Crash Reports 


Please note, that the report may relate to the faulty plugin, and not ListenHub itself. Please send this to us anyway so our developers can take a closer look.
